Booking gym and swimming sessions
In order to allow us to limit the number of people in the gym or pool at any one time, we have set up sessions that are bookable online. In order to access these, please select classes in the search box, leave the activity set to All Classes and choose the day and time period you are looking for.
How far can I book ahead?
Classes can be booked 14 days in advance by members and 7 days in advance for non members. If the activity requires payment you will need to pay at time of booking. Online bookings can be made up to 60 minutes prior to the start time. Non members will be subject to an entry fee upon arrival at the centre.
Cancellations for Classes
Should you wish to cancel or move a booking, 24 hours notice is required prior to the start time of the activity. If you fail to attend a pre-booked activity (or do not give the required notice) you may be liable for the cost of this booking at full standard adult charge and an administration charge of £1.50. Customers with arrears against their membership may have their membership account suspended. Payments made 'online' will not be refunded.
New Users
If you are using the online booking for the first time you must first register by clicking the register link on the top right of the screen. You will be taken through the registration process and emailed an activation link. Please note your postcode must have been added to your existing membership details to allow online verification. If you have difficulties registering please contact Portslade Sports Centre on 01273 411100.
Returning Customers
Simply log-in using the link above with your user name and password.
How to book online
Log-in
- Please select an activity, class or course from the search box...
- Select preferred dates and times...
- Click search...
- Add booking to the basket (you may be asked to choose a court number at this point)
- Either return to the search menu to book something else or
- Click "I accept the terms and conditions" (the terms and conditions are available to see using the link) to take you through to the checkout.
- Click "make bookings and pay later" to finalise the checkout (if payment is needed it will take you to world pay page).
